Reception and Facilities Manager

Are you looking for an opportunity to work with a prestigious legal firm? We are seeking a dedicated Reception and Facilities Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This position is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of a bustling legal office.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Support: Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless business operations.
- Facilities Oversight: Manage office facilities, including coordination with external service providers and maintenance teams.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are adhered to, including maintaining up-to-date training for fire marshals and first aiders.
- Meeting Room Management: Oversee the scheduling and upkeep of meeting and conference rooms.
- Office Refreshments: Ensure that all office refreshments are consistently stocked and available.
- Travel Coordination: Act as the primary contact for travel arrangements for the office.
- Social Engagement: Participate in the Social Committee, organizing and attending company events.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the office as needed.
