Regional Retail Manager - Fixed Term Contract
Location: London and South East England

Compensation: £41,363 per annum based on experience plus additional benefits including vehicle allowance.
Full-Time Position - 35 Hours per week

Our client, a prominent and expanding charity retailer, is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Regional Retail Manager, overseeing operations across various locations.

In this pivotal position, you will report directly to the Regional Manager and be instrumental in executing the Retail Strategy. Your responsibilities will encompass all performance aspects within your designated area, including revenue generation, profitability, team management, customer engagement, promotional activities, logistics, and operational standards. You will foster and enhance relationships with customers and donors, ensuring an exceptional experience that reflects the values of the charity.

Key Responsibilities of the Regional Retail Manager:

  • Utilize commercial insight and innovative thinking to boost sales and optimize profits by assisting shops in your area to reach their maximum potential.
  • Inspire and empower shop teams to meet their objectives through effective leadership.
  • This diverse role involves managing approximately 17 retail locations, requiring flexibility to travel throughout the region.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated success in retail management across multiple locations.
  • Experience in charity retail is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to lead staff and volunteers in various situations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills through effective communication and influence.
  • Proficient numerical and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Competent in IT and adept at utilizing reports.
  • Aspiring leader committed to developing teams for sustained success.
  • Willingness to adapt working hours and possess a full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle for work-related travel.
