C2 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our client, a prominent charity retailer, as a Regional Retail Operations Manager. This role involves overseeing retail operations across a diverse range of locations.
As the Regional Manager, you will be instrumental in executing the Retail Strategy, taking responsibility for all performance metrics in your designated area, which includes revenue generation, profitability, team management, customer engagement, promotional activities, logistics, and operational standards. Your focus will be on fostering strong relationships with customers and donors, ensuring a superior experience that reflects the values of the charity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize commercial insight and innovative thinking to enhance sales and optimize profits by guiding retail locations to reach their maximum potential.
- Inspire and empower shop teams to meet their objectives through effective leadership.
- Manage approximately 17 retail locations and demonstrate flexibility in travel across the region.
Required Experience:
- Demonstrated success in retail management across multiple locations.
- Experience in charity retail is highly advantageous.
- Ability to lead staff and volunteers in various situations.
- Strong relationship-building skills through effective communication and influence.
- Proficient numerical and analytical abilities.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- Competence in IT and familiarity with report analysis.
- Aspiring leader who nurtures teams for sustained success.
- Willingness to adapt working hours and possess a full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle for work purposes.
