About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join We Buy Any Car Ltd. as a Regional Retail Operations Manager.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to manage and motivate Retail Branch Managers across the region to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate Retail Branch Managers to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in daily conference calls to discuss sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Conduct weekly 1-2-1's with Buyer Development Leaders to discuss sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Perform daily branch visits to monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to Retail Branch Managers.
  • Maintain good working relationships with key contacts and clients to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Experience in a Regional Manager / Area Manager role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive high performance through the team.
  • People management experience to motivate and develop Retail Branch Managers.
  • Strong business acumen and numeracy skills to analyze sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
