Regional Retail Operations Manager - Fixed Term Position
Location: London and South East England
Salary: £41,363 per annum based on experience plus additional benefits including vehicle allowance.
Hours: 35 Hours per week - Full Time

C2 Recruitment Ltd is a prominent charity retailer experiencing growth and seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Regional Retail Operations Manager. This role encompasses oversight of retail locations across Surrey, Sussex, Suffolk & London.

In this position, you will report directly to the Regional Manager and be instrumental in executing the Retail Strategy. You will be accountable for all performance metrics in your designated area, which includes revenue generation, profitability, team management, customer satisfaction, marketing, logistics, and operational standards. Your role will be pivotal in fostering relationships with customers and donors, ensuring an exceptional experience that reflects the values of the charity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize commercial insight and innovative thinking to enhance sales and optimize profits by supporting retail locations in achieving their maximum potential.
  • Inspire and empower retail teams to meet their objectives through effective leadership.
  • Manage approximately 17 retail locations and demonstrate flexibility in travel across the region.

Required Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in retail management across multiple locations.
  • Experience in charity retail is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to lead staff and volunteers in various situations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills through effective communication and influence.
  • Proficient numerical and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Competence in IT and familiarity with report utilization.
  • Aspiring leader committed to developing teams for sustained success.
  • Willingness to adapt working hours and possess a full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle for business purposes.
