Our client is a prominent and expanding charity retailer, currently seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Regional Retail Operations Manager. This position involves overseeing multiple retail locations across Surrey, Sussex, Suffolk & London.

As the Regional Manager, you will be instrumental in executing the Retail Strategy, taking responsibility for all performance metrics in your designated area, including revenue, profitability, personnel management, customer service, promotions, logistics, and operational standards. Your role will focus on fostering relationships with customers and donors, ensuring an exceptional experience that aligns with the charity's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize commercial insight and innovative thinking to enhance sales and optimize profits by supporting retail locations within your area to reach their maximum potential.
  • Inspire and empower shop teams to meet their objectives through effective leadership.
  • Oversee approximately 17 retail outlets and maintain flexibility for regional travel.
Qualifications for Regional Retail Operations Manager:
  • Demonstrated success in retail management across multiple locations.
  • Experience in charity retail is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to lead staff and volunteers in various situations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills through effective communication and influence.
  • Proficient numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • IT proficiency with the ability to interpret and utilize reports.
  • Aspiring leader who cultivates team development for sustained success.
  • Willingness to adapt working hours and possess a full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle for work-related travel.
