Key Responsibilities

As a field-based member of the Consumer Sales team, you will be instrumental in achieving operational and commercial excellence across a well-structured field team. Your focus will be on driving business performance through an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, combining exceptional execution with the Vodafone ethos to continuously enhance our operations.
You will assume full responsibility for your business, overseeing both the direct Vodafone estate and the franchise network. This includes managing core store teams while collaborating with entrepreneurs who operate their own stores. In partnership with headquarters and relevant channels, you will assess and enhance the franchise program to ensure a premier customer and employee experience.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will safeguard the Vodafone brand and uphold customer service standards while promoting development and cross-functional collaboration within your region among direct reports and franchisees.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Manage and take full responsibility for regional profit and loss.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines across all stores at all times.
  • Build and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and exceed service objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and monitor performance metrics for stores and individuals across the region.
  • Recognize and nurture top talent from owned stores through internal advancement or within the franchise community using talent pool management.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Vodafone and competitor products and services.
  • Provide support for franchise applicants throughout the onboarding process.
  • Ensure the implementation of improvements in field processes and systems.
