Position Overview

As a Retail Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Consumer Sales team across the region. This position is designed for a field-based leader who is committed to achieving operational excellence and driving commercial success. Your focus will be on enhancing customer experiences and fostering loyalty through effective team management and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the regional Profit and Loss (P&L) to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and standards across all retail locations.
  • Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed performance benchmarks.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities while monitoring the performance of stores and individuals within the region.
  • Develop and nurture top talent within the team, facilitating internal progression and engagement.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Vodafone's offerings as well as those of competitors.
  • Support franchise applicants through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition to operational status.
  • Drive improvements in field processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
