About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Retail Manager to join our team. As a key member of our charity retail operations, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across a region of stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance across the region, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with shop teams to source sufficient levels of donated stock, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality merchandise.
  • Support the development and implementation of business plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of shop managers, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, donors, and community partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Area Manager or similar role in charity or retail.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
