About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our charity retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of retail managers to achieve business targets and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance across the region, identify trends, and analyze commercial information to inform business decisions.
  • Stock Sourcing and Management: Collaborate with shop teams to source sufficient levels of donated stock locally, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality stock.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Support and develop the skills of retail managers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles.
  • Expenditure Control and Net Contribution: Control expenditure and deliver net contribution, ensuring the region's financial performance meets business targets.
  • Competitor Analysis and Market Intelligence: Identify current retail trends, monitor competitor activity, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Business Strategy and Implementation: Support the business strategy and implement new plans and ideas to achieve business targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Proven experience as an Area Manager in charity or retail, with a track record of delivering business targets and driving sales growth.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Experience of leading and line managing others, with a strong focus on developing and growing high-performing teams.
