The Role:

As a Regional Retail Manager at Mejuri, you will be instrumental in defining the in-store experience and enhancing business performance across various locations. Collaborating closely with the Regional Director, you will lead a high-achieving team to meet sales objectives while embodying Mejuri's culture and values.

Your duties will encompass overseeing financial outcomes, managing personnel and processes, and ensuring operational excellence in all stores within your jurisdiction. By promoting a customer-focused approach and cultivating strong community relationships, you will enhance brand visibility and loyalty.
