About the Role

Mind Retail is seeking a skilled Regional Van Driver to join our shop network team. As a Regional Van Driver, you will play a crucial role in supporting the rotation of stock between our shops, ensuring great availability in all our locations and helping our shops to increase their sales.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the fight for mental health. You will be driving one of our Mind branded vehicles across a given area, representing the charity as you go about your day-to-day collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a Mind branded vehicle across a designated area, collecting and delivering stock to our shops.
  • Support the rotation of stock between our shops, ensuring great availability in all our locations.
  • Assist the wider region and the Regional Manager with business development opportunities, including shop openings, refits, and refurbishments.
  • Uphold our values and behaviours, which are at the core of all we do.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence for a minimum of 2 years.
  • No more than 6 penalty points on your licence.
  • Minimum of 25 years old.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise your workload.
  • Strong customer focus.
