Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing front desk operations, and leading a team of hospitality professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Lead a team of front office staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Monitor and analyze front office performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a front office or hospitality management role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services
