Job Title: Reception & Office Services Team Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception & Office Services Team Lead to join our team at Intelligent Office UK Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Cardiff office, including the management of our print room, mail room, and front of house services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer relationships, including customer feedback plans, client surveys, and regular feedback on performance.
- Staff Management: Develop and lead a high-performing team, ensuring proper resolution of issues, managing shift patterns and coverage, and initiating recruitment processes.
- Operations: Oversee all aspects of print room, mail room, and front of house services, including event management, workflow management, and equipment maintenance.
- Financial Management: Ensure adherence to financial and budget processes, including managing vendor and supplier performance.
- Health and Safety: Participate in on-site health and safety audits and assessments, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Customer Focus: Exemplary level of customer focus, with demonstrable experience in staff management in a customer service environment.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading a team in a similar environment.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to operate at all levels within the organisation.
- Administration: Strong administration skills, with proficiency in Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel.
