Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception & Office Services Team Lead to join our team at Intelligent Office UK Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Cardiff office, including the management of our print room, mail room, and front of house services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer relationships, including customer feedback and surveys, and work with the account manager to develop and implement customer service strategies.
  • Staff Management: Develop and lead a high-performing team, ensuring proper resolution of issues, managing shift patterns and coverage, and initiating recruitment processes.

  • Administration: Strong administration skills, with proficiency in Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel.
