We are currently recruiting for a Front of House and Facilities Coordinator to work on a permanent basis. This role will be crucial to the smooth running of a busy Legal Office. Covering areas such as Health & Safety, Facilities Management, Travel Arrangements, Receptionist duties & Social Activities Committee, this is a varied and busy role.
This role can offer a 35 hour working week office based, with excellent annual leave plus bank holidays and a great benefits package.
What will you be doing as a Front of House & Facilities Coordinator?
- Working to support various areas of the business to ensure the smooth running of the business
- Facilities Management for the office including liaising with external contractors and cleaners
- Responsible for Health and Safety, ensuring that fire marshals and first aiders are up to date with appropriate training
- Ensuring that all new starters complete a work station assessment in line with Health and Safety standards
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the booking of meeting rooms and conference rooms
- Ensuring that refreshments in the office are replenished
- Ensuring any lunches are ordered and collected ahead of meetings
- Point of contact for any travel booking for the Manchester Office
- Getting involved with the Social Committee, arranging, facilitating and attending company social events
- Providing Administration support to the office
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within Front of house or Reception or Administration
- Experience booking corporate travel
- Happy to be 'on your feet'
- Able to prioritise
- Confident to liaise with all areas of the business and at all levels
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Able to work from own initiative

- Monday to Friday 35 hours per week - start time between 8AM - 8.30AM
