Front of House Receptionist Opportunity

TSR Legal is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front of House Receptionist to join their team in Central Cardiff. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome, ensuring their experience is seamless and pleasant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet clients with a smile and a friendly demeanor.
  • Provide refreshments and manage the layout of lunches.
  • Conduct quality checks and clear rooms.
  • Manage room set-up changes and reconcile invoices.
  • Answer incoming calls and handle administrative duties such as scanning, binding, and photocopying.
  • Ensure adequate stationery and consumables are maintained.
  • Handle post, archiving tasks, and book couriers.
  • Allocate on-site parking.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Front of House, Client Facing, or Reception role.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
  • Strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
  • A 'can do' and 'will help' attitude, with a focus on exceptional client care.
