Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential for providing comprehensive administrative and support services to our operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Report directly to the Service Delivery Manager, ensuring the effective delivery of administrative support to the Estate Services teams.
2. Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases pertinent to Estate Services operations; responsible for data input, extraction, analysis, and reporting.
3. Oversee the communal key management system, including the programming of access fobs, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adequate key supplies.
4. Provide operational assistance in managing caretakers, including the development of team schedules and weekend work arrangements.
5. Facilitate the timely processing and oversight of invoices.
Requirements:
1. Demonstrated experience in providing guidance and practical support to the public.
2. Extensive administrative background.
3. Proficient IT skills, with experience in creating electronic systems to enhance service delivery.
4. Familiarity with Information Technology systems, including Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to create Microsoft Lists and Access databases for data management.
5. Experience in delivering services to diverse communities.
Contract Details:
This is an initial contract with the potential for extension. The position operates on a standard workweek, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
As this role involves working within a local authority framework, candidates will be required to undergo onboarding and compliance checks, including background verification and completion of online training modules prior to commencement.
