A distinguished boutique professional services firm is seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to become part of their vibrant and innovative team, offering ample opportunities for growth and advancement into an Operations role in the future. Initially, this position will involve covering reception duties for a colleague on maternity leave, providing a valuable opportunity to integrate into the organization and gain insights into front-of-house operations while gradually taking on office management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in office management, showcasing exceptional organizational abilities and a polished, client-facing demeanor. A natural adaptability to manage daily tasks and unexpected challenges is essential. This individual will also play a crucial role in assisting leadership in achieving operational efficiency by fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage visitor interactions to ensure a welcoming and personalized experience.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures in accordance with legal standards, evaluating outcomes against established benchmarks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external service providers.
  • Provide internal technical support and coordinate with IT service providers for larger issues.
  • Handle financial tasks including petty cash management and expenditure tracking.
