Job DescriptionJob Title: People and Culture Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People and Culture Coordinator to join our team at Harmonic Operations. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, supporting team members, and driving organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Support the recruitment process, including attracting new talent, screening CVs, and conducting initial conversations with prospective candidates
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to ensure effective HR function and provide administrative support as needed
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive company culture
- Assist with payroll duties and work closely with the finance manager to ensure accurate and timely processing
Requirements:
- Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or food and beverage industry
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
