At Kayman Recruitment, we are in search of an Administrative Operations Coordinator who is eager to advance into an Operations Manager position, particularly with a background in the recruitment sector.
This role is integral to our expanding global recruitment firm, which has established a presence in various locations. We specialize in Recruitment to Recruitment (Rec2Rec) and have been a key player in this field for over a decade.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. As our owner oversees additional ventures, including a technology startup and an engineering recruitment firm, the role will encompass various ad hoc responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Management of Bullhorn CRM Systems and process reporting
- Overseeing company culture, events, and incentive programs
- Updating operational procedures and policies
- General office administration tasks
- Supervising back-office team members and providing support to consultants
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires as we expand
