In this role, you will play an essential part in the Operations Division, gaining insights into the various functions of the team and ensuring that the administrative processes of the organization are executed with professionalism, precision, and punctuality. This position entails providing support across multiple teams within the organizational framework.

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute administrative duties with efficiency and accuracy as a member of the Operations Division.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory timelines and obligations.
  • Oversee projects as assigned by the Operations Director.
  • Assist in the processing of Underwriting Outcomes and Syndicate Capacity Auction directives.
  • Manage daily banking tasks for clients.
  • Prepare and distribute mail campaigns within specified deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate standing data within our operational systems.
  • Facilitate Key Distribution and Auction directives as necessary.
  • Generate and analyze reports from our operational systems.
  • Track the return of centrally processed documents.
  • Photocopy, scan, and organize documents as required.
  • Administer the offsite storage management system.
  • Provide support for various administrative tasks.
