Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage the COO's calendar, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence and document preparation.
  • Operational Support: Assist in implementing company policies, oversee daily operations, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) accross the organisation.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, handle confidential information, and draft internal communications.
  • Project Management: Support special projects, track progress, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Finance and Budgeting: Assist in budget preparation coordination, track expenses, and process financial documents.

The core skills and experience required to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience of at least 2-4 years in an administrative or operational role, preferably in hospitality; experience working closely with senior management is a plus.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills; as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Proactive with a strong sense of initiative.

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
