Job Summary:

Orla Rose Associates is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Wealth Management business in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Wealth Management team, including inputting non-market transfers of securities, performing relevant controls, and arranging trade and settlement dates.
  • Monitoring and Control: Continuously monitor transitioning securities to ensure completion within expected timeframes and investigate and resolve any failed/unmatched transfers.
  • Asset Management: Monitor and control non-client assets received into the firm and ensure all queries are dealt with in a positive and timely manner.
  • Compliance: Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with relevant regulations, including FCA Regulations, particularly CASS and Mifid II Transaction Reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years' experience in a trade support, settlements, or transitions role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of processing transfers within Crest, market practice in relation to transfers in overseas securities, and transfers within the funds industry.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Equisoft / ATG transfer platform and some knowledge of market practice relevant to Private Clients.
