Sales Operations Administrator

Our Client, a Global organisation, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Administrator to join their team. As a Sales Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the sales administrative operations, including documentation, logistics, credit lines, and payment schedules. You will also be responsible for communicating and negotiating with clients and suppliers, resolving disputes, and reporting on sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales administrative operations, including documentation, logistics, credit lines, and payment schedules
  • Communicate and negotiate with clients and suppliers, resolving disputes and reporting on sales performance
  • Execute sales administrative operations, including concluding contracts, settling payments, and dealing with quality issues
  • Manage and optimize business processes, working with sales staff, administrative staff, and corporate departments
  • Impart knowledge and experience of internal systems, including ECC, SAP module, PRISM, STC, and MGM
  • Archive information management, including archives and records management for internal audits
  • Support the General Manager in making sales and customer records
  • Provide market data and services concerning the UK and EU as requested by the General Manager or counterparts in the Company
Requirements:
  • Advanced command of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Advanced knowledge of trade transactions, finance, accounting, credit management, logistics, basic tax, and legal affairs
  • Good communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • Ability to shift tasks in alignment with the necessities of the ROO, GM, and the department
