Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide administrative support to our sales team, including preparing and sending correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Collate and analyze performance-related data, contributing to the delivery and reporting of this information in a useful format.
- Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing information and advice as required.
- Ensure the timely creation and distribution of purchase orders and manage billing queries.
- Undertake project work and research as required, supporting the development of administrative systems and processes.
- Ensure all communication receives a timely and appropriate response, maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong background in data management and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong ICT skills, including experience with MS Office products and other records management systems.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail.
