Axiom Hospitality Limited is a vibrant hospitality management firm in search of a meticulous and proactive Operations Administrator to assist our Chief Operations Officer (COO). Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Assistance: Organize the COO's schedule, facilitate meetings, and manage correspondence and document preparation.
  • Operational Assistance: Aid in the execution of company policies, supervise daily operations, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the organization.
  • Communication Management: Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, manage confidential information, and compose internal communications.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with special projects, monitor progress, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Financial and Budgetary Support: Help in the preparation and coordination of budgets, monitor expenses, and process financial documentation.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or operational capacity, ideally within the hospitality sector; experience collaborating with senior management is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of initiative.
