Vehicle Maintenance Operations Coordinator
Hours: Monday to Friday (37 hour week)

A distinguished commercial vehicle service center with multiple locations across the UK, focusing on the upkeep of a varied fleet including vans, trailers, excavators, and tankers.About the Vehicle Maintenance Operations Coordinator Role
  • Oversee customer maintenance requests, liaise with suppliers, and keep stakeholders informed
  • Assign job numbers, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to regulations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, finalize workshop jobs, and monitor job progress
  • Manage legal certifications, asset oversight, and coordination of warranty services
  • Conduct system upgrades, revise vehicle specifications, and procure necessary supplies
  • Assist workshops, oversee fleet assets, and perform data entry tasks
  • Desk-based position involving 10-15 calls daily and processing warranty claims
Requirements
  • NVQ in vehicle maintenance
  • Previous experience in a comparable position
