Salary: £32,000 basic with an OTE of £38,000

At Lookers PDI Centre, we're seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our dynamic workshop team. As a key member of our service team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance.

As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out vehicle health checks, conducting services, and performing repairs using the latest technology. You'll work closely with our experienced technicians to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct vehicle health checks using the latest diagnostic tools
  • Perform vehicle services in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks as authorized by the customer
  • Ensure warranty repairs are completed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Conduct road tests to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of work completed

Requirements

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician with a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair. You'll require a full UK driving license and completion of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification. Previous experience working with the brand is advantageous, but not essential as full brand accreditation training can be provided.
