Job Summary

We are seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, supporting team members, and driving organizational success. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our HR Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our HR function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with payroll duties and work with our Finance Manager to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Support the implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and collaborative work culture by bringing a positive personality and outgoing attitude.
  • Assist with attracting new talent by screening CVs and conducting initial conversations with prospective candidates.
Requirements
  • Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or food and beverage industry.
  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
