Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage audience building and campaign refinements within the CRM for email, direct mail, and paid media channels.
  • Use data to drive dynamic content and segmentation strategies to deliver relevant and personalised content.
  • Work with the marketing content team to ensure the email plan aligns with the wider business focus.
  • Manage A/B testing in emails and other channels, and suggest ways to optimise digital and offline channel performance.
  • Monitor competitor email and sector activity, and identify areas of good practice.
  • Collate in-depth reporting of email performance, and provide recommendations to improve the email marketing strategy.
  • Ensure all data requirements across the customer journey meet business needs.
  • Monitor data usage, and find ways to improve the customer journey and data integrity.
  • Ensure all audience segments and data usage are GDPR compliant.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a similar role within B2C business, preferably within travel.
  • Experience working with CRMs for building marketing campaigns, audience segments, and marketing analysis.
  • Strong use of Excel as a reporting tool.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ease and enthusiasm in working with data, including standard email engagement metrics and analytics tools.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with a strong desire for accuracy and quality.
