Sales and Retention Consultant

Our client, a leading company in Farnborough, is seeking a Sales and Retention Consultant to enhance their sales and customer retention efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Contacting and securing new business accounts and customers.
  • Discussing medical insurance requirements with potential customers, including budget, pre-existing conditions, level of cover, and geographical area of cover.
  • Efficiently using the Company CRM system to manage customer interactions.
  • Resolving customer problems and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Providing assistance to prospect customers throughout the sale process and during the first year of the policy with queries, administration, and paperwork.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in IT, Excel, Outlook, and other software. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual looking to excel in a sales and retention role, please apply.
