Supporting Recruitment Excellence
XQ Technical is seeking a skilled Recruitment Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Technical Recruitment Consultants in delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

This role involves assisting with day-to-day tasks, such as messaging candidates, reviewing applications, and uploading profiles onto our CRM. You will also be responsible for administering candidate records and scheduling interviews. If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to grow your career in recruitment.

We are looking for someone with good all-round IT knowledge of Microsoft packages, such as Outlook, O365, and Word. Experience with LinkedIn and CRMs or ATSs would be highly beneficial, but not essential. If you are a team player with a passion for recruitment, we would love to hear from you.
