At iO Associates - UK/EU, we are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services, providing crucial technical support, managing day-to-day requests and incidents, and helping to maintain the efficiency of the organisation's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support via phone, the IT self-service portal, and in-person
  • Log, update, and manage all support requests in the IT call logging system, covering both software and hardware in the operational environment
  • Manage software licences, including ordering and distribution
  • Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company and customer information
  • Allocate technical issues to the relevant resolver teams, initiate escalation when necessary, and oversee incidents through to resolution

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an IT service desk environment
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
  • A solid understanding of mobile telephony and smart devices
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach

All applicants must be able to obtain or currently hold Security Clearance.
