Sales and Retention Consultant

Our client, a leading company in Farnborough, is seeking a skilled Sales and Retention Consultant to join their team. As a Sales and Retention Consultant, you will play a crucial role in increasing customer base and providing exceptional service to clients.

Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Support the growth of existing customers and deliver top-notch service to meet their needs.
  2. Identify and secure new business opportunities through effective communication and relationship-building.
  3. Engage with potential customers who have inquired about medical insurance through our website.
  4. Discuss and understand customers' requirements for medical insurance, including budget, pre-existing conditions, level of cover, and geographical area of cover.
  5. Utilize our CRM system efficiently to manage customer interactions and data.
  6. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  7. Assist customers throughout the sales process and during the first year of their policy with queries, administration, and paperwork.
  8. Develop proficiency in using our software, including IT, Excel, Outlook, and other tools.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in IT, Excel, Outlook, and other software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong customer service skills and a focus on delivering exceptional results.
