Job Overview

Signet Recruitment and Retention is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Commercial team in a fast-paced fintech environment.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a global organization that operates in multiple markets, requiring a candidate with excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a commercial support role, with a strong background in Microsoft Office and other productivity software tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the CEO, including meeting planning, travel arrangements, and expense management
  • Coordinating with the Commercial team to prepare sales meetings and events, including presentations and sales materials
  • Managing and overseeing agreements, contracts, and invoicing with outside consultants and contacts
  • Supporting with market research and business intelligence, as well as marketing-related activities
  • Coordinating production planning for sales collaterals and demo-cards

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and able to work flexibly in a dynamic environment. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software tools, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
