Role Overview:
The Client Support Coordinator will deliver essential administrative assistance to the Commercial Director. This role encompasses a variety of tasks including managing Foodbuy Online, facilitating client communications, generating reports, and coordinating marketing initiatives. The Coordinator will also schedule meetings and follow up on action items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients and suppliers to address any inquiries related to Foodbuy Online, suppliers, or products.
  • Assist in achieving client CSR objectives by responding to inquiries, supporting the development of marketing materials, and tracking KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to pinpoint and implement strategies for cost management.
  • Document meeting actions and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Support the administration and updates of strategic initiatives and workstreams.
  • Oversee monthly communication and reporting to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing commercial performance in client purchasing and supply chain, analyzing data and communicating product changes.
  • Manage various ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with teams such as Customer Experience and Supply Chain.
