Position Overview

Our Client Services Coordination team operates as part of our esteemed EMEA Consulting Group. In this position, you will assist F5 Professional Services (PS) Sales and Consulting initiatives while collaborating with clients and various internal teams, including: Order Administration, PS Sales, Consulting Management, Consultants, and Project Managers.

You will oversee the allocation of resources, the delivery of services, and the recognition of revenue for PS offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating with F5 clients and internal teams to schedule PS services and consulting projects across various European regions. Monitoring, processing, and forecasting revenue for PS services and consulting projects. Collaborating with PS Sales and Accounting to address inquiries related to financial matters. Ensuring that Consulting Engagements and Installations are completed in Oracle and the Professional Services Automation Tool (PSA). Distributing follow-up Customer Satisfaction Surveys to clients upon project completion. Upholding F5's Business Code of Ethics and promptly reporting any violations of the Code or other company policies. Performing additional related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Competencies

Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Proficiency in analyzing and composing financial data. Patience and capability to explain processes and procedures in an understandable manner to clients and new employees. Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Oracle is preferred. Basic understanding of project management methodologies.

Experience Requirements

Previous experience in an IT Professional Services or Consulting organization is advantageous. Experience in a fast-paced sales or customer-focused role is essential.

Educational Qualifications

A BA/BS Degree is beneficial but not mandatory.
