Role Overview:
The Client Relations Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Commercial Director by managing various administrative tasks, including but not limited to online platform administration, client engagement, reporting, marketing communications, and meeting coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate communication between clients and suppliers to address any inquiries related to online procurement systems, suppliers, or product offerings.
  • Assist in achieving client Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objectives by responding to inquiries, aiding in the development of marketing materials, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to identify and implement strategies for managing procurement costs effectively.
  • Document meeting actions and ensure timely communication of outcomes to clients.
  • Support the administration and updates of strategic initiatives and workstreams.
  • Oversee monthly communication and reporting to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing commercial performance in client purchasing and supply chain operations, including data analysis and product transition communications.
  • Manage various ad hoc projects as required.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with relevant teams, such as Customer Experience and Supply Chain.
Required Experience:
  • Proven experience in business administration support.
  • Strong proficiency in IT, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with flexibility.
  • Confident and proactive attitude.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
