- Allocate engineers to various projects and service requests.
- Identify and secure engineering resources for specific jobs and projects.
- Authorize overtime for engineering staff.
- Review and approve engineering-related expenses.
- Handle fuel expenses for engineering vehicles.
- Respond to service call requests promptly.
- Distribute service job reports to clients.
- Act as an escalation point for customer inquiries and provide general customer support.
- Validate and approve contractor timesheets.
- Oversee and respond to all support email requests.
- Assign engineers to service calls as needed.
- Schedule installation dates and coordinate with customers regarding any facility requirements.
- Obtain Statements of Work (SOW) from surveying engineers.
- Ensure all necessary equipment and kits are available for projects.
- Manage overall operations effectively.

Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess experience in Audio Visual and Video Conferencing engineering, coupled with management expertise in this sector. International experience is preferred, given the global nature of the organization.
