Position: National Role

We are in search of flexible and patient-oriented individuals to join our Scheduled Care team within our Ambulance Control Centres.

This position entails managing national call operations, organizing, and overseeing our Patient Transport Ambulances to guarantee that eligible patients receive the necessary Ambulance assistance tailored to their requirements. In this engaging role, you will interact with patients via telephone, coordinate with ambulance teams, Health Boards, and various organizations to ensure the smooth operation of the service while delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Candidates should exhibit the capability to perform effectively under pressure and with minimal oversight. Proficient computer and typing skills (minimum 30 words per minute) are crucial, along with proven communication and problem-solving abilities. Comprehensive system training will be provided.

These positions are full-time, comprising 37 hours spread over seven days and are relief roles. As a relief staff member, you will be required to work during unsocial hours.
