Role Overview
An exceptional opportunity has emerged within the Scottish Ambulance Service for a permanent Duty Supervisor role. This full-time position involves shift work and requires leading a dedicated team of dispatchers and call handlers. The primary responsibility is to manage the public 999 emergency system in collaboration with partner emergency services and healthcare professionals.
