We are looking for flexible and patient-centered individuals to join our Scheduled Care team within our Ambulance Control Centres.

This position entails managing national call operations, planning, and overseeing the deployment of our Patient Transport Ambulances to ensure that eligible patients receive the necessary ambulance assistance tailored to their requirements. In this vital role, you will engage with patients via telephone, coordinate with ambulance teams, Health Boards, and various organizations to guarantee the smooth operation of services while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Applicants must showcase their capability to perform efficiently under pressure and with limited supervision. Proficiency in computer use and typing skills (minimum 30 words per minute) are crucial, alongside proven communication and problem-solving abilities. Comprehensive system training will be provided.
