Position: Board Secretary

An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a seasoned Board Secretary to become a vital part of the Scottish Ambulance Service.

This role entails overseeing the corporate governance framework of the Board by spearheading the ongoing enhancement and execution of governance systems, ensuring that the Board operates within its legal boundaries and statutory responsibilities.

You will be tasked with providing strategic counsel and ensuring the smooth operation of the Scottish Ambulance Board, Governance Committees, Executive Team, and Management Groups, adhering to best practices in corporate governance and administration.
