An exciting opportunity has emerged to become a vital member of a dynamic team within the Acute Services Division at NHS Fife as an Executive Assistant to the General Manager of the Women, Children and Clinical Services Directorate.
We are seeking a professional individual who possesses the necessary skills and experience in a personal assistant or administrative role to effectively support the General Manager and the Directorate Team.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and analytical abilities, with a proven capacity to manage a demanding workload while exercising independent judgment.
Please be aware that the salary for this position is adjusted in accordance with part-time hours.
NHS Scotland is implementing a reduction in the full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week, effective from April 2024, without any change in remuneration. This adjustment will also apply on a pro-rata basis for part-time employees. Consequently, this job posting and any subsequent employment offer will reflect the new working hours. However, as not all service areas may transition to the 37-hour workweek immediately, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week temporarily, for which you will be compensated until your service area adapts its schedules to align with the new reduced working week.
