About the Role:

The company is heading into a new and exciting phase of business, following a successful merger. As Managing Director, you will be pivotal in leading the Executive Team to deliver the overall business plan. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing a clear and positive business culture that prioritizes people and customer service.
  • Outlining the ways of working and processes required for various supply chains, ensuring the business is efficient and profitable.
  • Working alongside the Financial Director to establish a plan for upgrading and creating management systems that enable the company to run effectively.
  • Creating a multi-year investment plan to make the company the most efficient and sustainable player in the market.
  • Attending monthly Board meetings.
