About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team at Great Jobs UK. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our innovative security solutions to customers in your region and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Drive sales by providing solutions to end-customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales plans to support objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain effective relationships with key customer contacts, including architects, designers, and contractors, to deliver business growth and increased market share.
  • Market Analysis: Pro-actively and constructively analyze customer accounts to determine potential for both present and future solutions and needs.
  • Trade Shows and Industry Associations: Participate in trade shows and industry associations to promote our products and services.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Technical or Economic Training: Successfully completed technical or economic training.
  • Commercial Sales Experience: Strong commercial sales experience with a proven track record in a similar field-based sales role in project sales.
  • Acquisition and Order Closing Capacity: Extensive acquisition and order closing capacity.
  • Organizational Talent: Organizational talent in supporting projects and specialist trading partners.
  • Project Management and Consultation: Project management and consultation with architects, designers, and contractors.
  • Sales and Technical Products: Experience in selling and clarifying technical products.
  • Self-Motivation and Problem-Solving: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and developing your own pipeline.
