Strategic Sales Manager

About the Company:
ToTaCo - B2B Sales Recruitment specializes in connecting top talent with leading firms in the construction sector. Our client is a well-established name in providing Shoring and Groundworks solutions, known for their innovative products that enhance the efficiency and reliability of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Seek out and develop new business prospects within the Shoring and Groundworks industry.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with essential clients and partners.
- Offer technical guidance and support to clients to ensure optimal product usage.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to enhance customer satisfaction and drive product enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in sales within the Shoring or Groundworks domain.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Shoring and Groundworks solutions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of £80,000.
- Company vehicle provided after the probation period.
- Performance-based commission structure with achievable targets.
- Projected total annual earnings ranging from £100,000 to £150,000.
