About the Company:

Our client is a well-established name in providing Shoring and Groundworks solutions, known for their innovative products that enhance the efficiency and reliability of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Seek out and develop new business prospects within the Shoring and Groundworks industry.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with essential clients and partners.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to clients to ensure optimal product usage.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to enhance customer satisfaction and drive product enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in sales within the Shoring or Groundworks domain.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales goals.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Shoring and Groundworks solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary of £80,000.
  • Company vehicle provided after the probation period.
  • Performance-based commission structure with achievable targets.
  • Projected total annual earnings ranging from £100,000 to £150,000.
