About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing a specialist business unit within our existing company structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth across the UK
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the ENT surgery industry
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the medical device market
  • Lead a team of sales professionals and clinical training specialists to drive growth and develop the business channel
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in medical device sales, with a strong understanding of the ENT surgery market
  • Excellent new business skills and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in ENT surgery and/or medical imaging is highly desirable
  • Ambitious and career-driven individual with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary: £50,000 - £60,000
  • Uncapped commission and bonus structure
  • Fully expensed company car or car allowance of £650/month
  • 6% Pension, 25 days holiday + stats, health insurance, death in service
