We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing a specialist business unit within our existing company structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth across the UK
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the ENT surgery industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical device market
- Lead a team of sales professionals and clinical training specialists to drive growth and develop the business channel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in medical device sales or a related field
- Experience in ENT surgery or medical imaging
- Excellent new business skills and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ambitious and career-driven individual with a strong desire to succeed
What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary: £50,000 - £60,000
- Uncapped commission and bonus structure
- Fully expensed company car or car allowance of £650/month
- 6% pension, 25 days holiday + stats, health insurance, and death in service
